everybody knows that economic downturn comes again starting from the us...going up to europe, middle east, asia and far asia..

this includes my company...starting to "save" a little for coming years...here are some rules and regulations that we employee have to obey.

1. stop wondering around the earth in excuse for "outstation" but use the teleconference as a substitute

2. cut back all the entertainment fees for clients..means no free drinks on the company

3. cut the contract based employee..(damn, more than half of the total employee?)

4. cut all the remaining budget for this year (means up to 31 march 2009 budget)

5. cut all "rental" spaces and make use of company owned building..

6. cut back all r&d budget and shift it to next years' budget.

7. remove all divisions that are not gaining any profit. even 0-0 margin also cut.only keep the profitable ones

8. reconsider ppl arrangement. 1 person have to perfom 2 persons task...n cut back all OT

damn....it hurts!!!
